DEVELOPING PRODUCTS AND PEOPLE
Logicor Employee Daniel (Technical support) has just passed his Level 3 diploma in IT and Telecommunications Qualification.
Studying at Wakefield College whilst working for Logicor, Daniel has learned a variety of different subjects, ranging from Customer Care in ICT to Technical Advice and Guidance. This will stand him in good stead with his day to day work in the technical support team.
Daniel has said about the course “I am over the moon about passing, when I first started my apprenticeship at Logicor it was daunting talking to customers over the phone and attempting to diagnose issues they might have with their system however over the two years it has taken to complete the course I have gained the skills and knowledge to be able to do this comfortably.”
We would like to congratulate Daniel on this achievement; he first came to Logicor in 2015 as part of his work experience from Royds 6th Form and impressed us with his work ethic so we offered him a two year apprenticeship after he had completed his A Levels. In this time he has gone from strength to strength to become the most senior member of our technical support team.
At Logicor we always believe in training and helping our staff members to become the best they can be through various internal and external training courses. Supporting Daniel through this course is just one example of how we do this. We will continue to look for job-specific training courses that will develop both the individual and the business.
Logicor's Infrared Home Heating System (CHS) has reached the finals of the 2018 National Energy Efficiency Awards in the category National Product of the Year. The award ceremony took place on 7th September in Birmingham.

Say "Goodbye" to unexpected Energy Bills and Hello WASH!
It's our Water And Serviced Heating Contract that will see customers with both our heating and hot water systems having the energy to run them heavily subsidised to the point that they may well be free for some customers.
The idea for our 'WASH' was developed for customers who needed their old heating or inefficient systems replaced but didn't want to face a huge upfront cost.

We've been busy at Logicor preparing our 2nd generation Clear Heater Panels with a range of exciting new features and hardware. Take a look at our TV advert and see the new heaters in action and get a taste of what they can do for you.
Logicor customers who have a complete Clear Heater System installed in their property will soon benefit from Logicor’s concept of providing an integrated and connected house by using our new mobile Application Services connected to our Clear Heater System.
Successful live testing means we’ll be ready for launch before Christmas 2017.
In the beginning it was all about efficient heating
The Clear Heater System was original designed to provide an intelligent and efficient heating system. Customers can of course continue to use their Clear Heater System as just that, but we think they will be tempted to get more out of their heaters with our new App Services.
Logicor strives to make sure that its technology keeps its customer base more than one step ahead of everyone else. The first step was by integrating our heater products into our own energy company, Logicor Energy.
The second step with our Application Services keeps our customers at the forefront of technology.
All new CHS heater units will have the new hardware installed as standard including an integrated speaker system, microphone, camera and video display all built into the CHS Heater Unit. For our existing customer base all our hardware upgrades are designed to be retrofitted to our original systems, and software is automatically updated via the internet and customer Control Panel.
Logicor's Clear Heater System has always combined innovative technology with style and later this year we'll be launching a great way to enhance your decor more with our new custom CHS Art Covers.
You'll be able to choose from a range of frames and art prints which we'll then use to create you an individual CHS Art Cover. This simply slides over your CHS Heater Panel without impeding its super efficient heating ability.
CHS Art Covers will be launched in the Autumn and announced on our website when available.
When installed, it is measuring energy usage constantly and reporting that energy usage back to the user. It is integrated into our application so users can benefit from seeing how much energy their home is using and not just the energy usage of their CHS and ILHWS systems.
The 3rd generation of the Logicor Mobile Application is in the process of going live.
This updated version is primarily aimed at supplying remote diagnostic tools for distributors.
In addition, the new App contains compatibility updates for customers of our new Logicor Energy company and our 2nd generation CHS systems scheduled for release December 2017.
