Logicor launches a new service for its existing and new customers alike.
Say "Goodbye" to unexpected Energy Bills and Hello WASH!
It's our Water And Serviced Heating Contract that will see customers with both our heating and hot water systems having the energy to run them heavily subsidised to the point that they may well be free for some customers.
The idea for our 'WASH' was developed for customers who needed their old heating or inefficient systems replaced but didn't want to face a huge upfront cost.

When installed, it is measuring energy usage constantly and reporting that energy usage back to the user. It is integrated into our application so users can benefit from seeing how much energy their home is using and not just the energy usage of their CHS and ILHWS systems.
The first of several new features of Logicor's second generation CHS panels has been revealed: Bluetooth connectivity to its 5 onboard speakers.
Customers will be able to select via the Logicor application on their phones or tablets, any music stored on that device and have their CHS heating system play that back. Three playback options will be available:
1. Playing the same music in each room throughout their homes;
2. Playing different songs in each room;
3. Using the "follow me" function to have your music playback follow you around your home as you move from room to room.
Customers with the generation one CHS system will be able to upgrade all or some of their heater bases so all customers will be able to have this feature regardless of the age of the CHS systems. The generation two CHS system has a host of additional features that will be announced here as we move closer to a launch date.

The CHS control panel has several new features based on customer feedback. The first is a new home screen or status screen (press the House Icon in the left hand menu). This new optional status screen provides a simpler method of increasing or decreasing the global temperature setting on your Clear Heater System or InLine Hot Water System by pressing the red UP, or blue DOWN arrows.
The new status screen can be enabled or disabled on your control panel by selecting: Main Settings / Screen Options / Enable or Disable Simple Screen
All control panel software updates will automatically be downloaded when your control panel is connected to the internet.
Today we began testing our new suspended ceiling mounted heaters.
These new ceiling heater units are designed to fit into a standard 600mm suspended ceiling section, which are frequently used in the office environment. Full customization through choice of colour, text and images will be possible; the example in the image here is silver.
Logicor's new mobile app will be launched for the beginning of 2017 to give customers more control over their Clear Heater System (CHS) and InLine Hot Water Systems (ILHWS).
Logicor has expanded its support service for customers of the Clear Heater and InLine Hot Water Systems with a new Technical Support Hotline.
The new number 07739 33 94 26 is available from 0800 - 2200 weekdays, and 0900 - 1700 at weekends and Bank Holidays. A new dedicated email address will also serve to focus support queries and provide quicker response times.
A member of the Logicor Team will be available at these times to assist customers with technical queries relating to installed Clear Heater and InLine Hot Water Systems. The current office number, 01924 385 659 will continue to serve for all general enquiries during office hours.
This will help to focus our customer service to the specific needs of the customer with customer specific messaging to individual or group of control panels in the home. This opens up a new phase in our ability to respond direct to customers via the comfort of Logicor's control panel.
All control panels connected to the internet will automatically receive the free product update in the coming weeks.
We are now developing future CHS heater units and ILHWS hot water units to communicate with control panels via Bluetooth technology.
This will coincide with a new main Control Panel that has both Bluetooth and 4G capability allowing each heater system to communicate and receive updates independently of the customer's own WiFi connection.
