Of particular interest on hot water safety is that "the hot water supply temperature to a bath should be limited to a maximum of 48°C by use of an in-line blending valve or other appropriate temperature control device, with a maximum temperature stop and a suitable arrangement of pipework."
Logicor's InLine Hot Water System fully complies with the new regulations, having a maximum temperature set at 46°C, a full 2°C below the safety level.

Water efficiency is also at the heart of Logicor's InLine Hot Water System and a key element in the new regulations.
From the 6th April 2010 the Regulations limit the amount of estimated water use in new dwellings to 125 litres per day per person. This is based on a water efficiency calculation for new properties. A revision in 2015 provides an alternative to calculating the water consumption based on the maximum water flow from water fittings. Where the fittings approach is used, the water consumption of the fittings provided must not exceed set values; for example 6 litres per minute for a bath.
Logicor's InLine Hot Water System meets this requirement by setting a maximum flow rate of hot water to 6 litres per minute.
